- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged during transit or is found defective upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what was ordered.
- Quality Issues: If the product does not meet the promised quality standards (e.g., contamination or spoilage).
2. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
- Verification: Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
- Product Pickup/Return: Depending on the location, we may arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.
- Resolution: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and proceed with the replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products purchased during special promotions, sales, or discounts.
- Products with no issues of quality or damage.
4. Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
