How to Make Organic Tea Masala:
Ingredients (Adjust quantities to your preference):

10-12 green cardamom pods
2-3 cinnamon sticks
8-10 cloves
1 tbsp dried ginger powder
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp nutmeg (grated or powder)
Optional: 1 tsp fennel seeds or 2 star anise
Method:

Dry roast the whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, fennel seeds, and star anise) in a pan for a few minutes on low heat until aromatic.
Allow the spices to cool.
Grind the roasted spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
Mix in the ginger powder and nutmeg.
Store the masala in an airtight container.
How to Use Tea Masala:
Prepare tea by boiling water with tea leaves, milk, and sugar.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Tea Masala per cup during the boiling process.
Strain and serve hot.
